Challenge
Coker Group is a trusted partner in healthcare solutions, known for its focus on quality and service. However, despite its success, Coker faced challenges in effectively communicating the full scope of the organization’s capabilities. While Coker's multidisciplinary expertise equips the organization to drive transformative change in physician enterprises, the brand, messaging, and web presence did not sufficiently showcase its ability to deliver comprehensive solutions that address the evolving complexities of healthcare. This resulted in a disconnect between Coker’s reputation and its potential to be seen as a holistic solutions provider by both existing and prospective clients.
The challenge was to refine Coker's brand to better reflect its unique value proposition, research experience, and expansive expertise while also establishing it as a holistic solutions provider for physician enterprises and health systems.
Solution
ThreeSixtyEIght developed a comprehensive brand strategy that redefined how Coker communicates its expertise and value. This included creating messaging pillars that highlight the organization’s ability to partner with clients on strategic, operational, and financial challenges while maintaining a focus on high-quality patient care. A cohesive and modern visual identity was designed to unify service lines, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
In addition to the brand strategy and messaging, we designed and launched a new website that not only showcases Coker’s expansive expertise but also simplifies access to information, making it easier for clients and prospects to understand the full breadth of solutions offered. This holistic approach broadens awareness of Coker’s capabilities, strengthens the brand’s impact, and empowers the team to scale effectively in the ever-changing healthcare environment.
