ThreeSixtyEight partnered with CMA Technology Solutions to transform their brand and digital presence for their 40th anniversary, repositioning them from an IT service provider to strategic technology consultants who empower client success.
Challenge
Despite four decades of success in IT solutions, CMA Technology Solutions faced both an external perception challenge and an internal alignment opportunity. While their expertise spanned from hardware and software to cloud hosting and managed services, they were still viewed externally as just another technology company. Internally, they needed to rally their team around a unified vision that would carry them into their next chapter. The brand evolution needed to serve two critical purposes: engage employees around a compelling new narrative that reflected their true value as strategic consultants and creative problem-solvers, while simultaneously shifting market perception. Their 40th anniversary served as a perfect inflection point for the brand to evolve and continue to grow across Louisiana, East Texas, and the Gulf Coast.
Approach
ThreeSixtyEight developed a comprehensive brand evolution strategy that began with extensive discovery and primary market research, including interviews with prospective, current, and former clients. Our approach centered on transforming their market position through refined brand messaging, evolved visual identity, and a completely reimagined web presence. Rather than a complete overhaul, we thoughtfully evolved their existing logo to maintain brand equity while modernizing their visual language through an expanded color palette, typography, and graphic elements. The new Webflow-based website prioritized user experience for different audience segments, moving away from stock photography in favor of creative visual solutions that better conveyed their brand story. All deliverables were strategically timed to align with their 40th anniversary, marking the dawn of their future as technology consultants.
