The Chief Growth Officer exists to catalyze the growth of our agency through the healthy, intentional development of our team and clients. This new role signifies our ambition to work alongside brands that prioritize growth, and ultimately cultural impact, as a goal.
When we set out to find the right person for the job, we reflected on our mission to challenge common thinking so that we can create an uncommon future. Rather than looking within the walls of our industry, we chose to search outside the advertising and marketing space. We wanted someone with a fresh perspective — someone who would call us out on our “bad” agency habits.
Our work often blurs the lines between creativity, communication, culture, and organizational design. We deal in the art and science of human behavior — a concept that far exceeds the bounds of any predefined vertical. We needed someone who understood people, regardless of their station. A galvanizing visionary with a track record of influence, impact, and goodwill.
Enter Adrian Owen Jones.
A fast friend to the agency and proven growth leader, Adrian earned her stripes outside of our industry. Her pedigree of organizational growth and community leadership make her the ideal fit for helping ThreeSixtyEight accomplish our mission.
“We live at a time when disruption impacts all of our clients, and the failure to adapt carries costly consequences. For us to effectively serve our clients, we understand that we must embrace disruption. In that spirit, we’re thrilled to welcome Adrian Owen Jones as our Chief Growth Officer,” says Kenny Nguyen, CEO. “Adrian carries a legacy of leadership and organizational growth. Her fresh perspective challenges our agency habits and catalyzes uncommon thinking within our own organization. Adrian will lead the charge in facilitating the healthy growth of our client base while playing an instrumental role in the next evolution of ThreeSixtyEight as the Challenger Agency.”
Previously serving as the AVP for Advancement Services at the Louisiana State University (LSU) Foundation, Adrian fueled the operations that led LSU to launch their record-setting $1.5 billion campaign. She also has considerable experience driving operational excellence through past IT, prospect and pipeline development, analytics, and donor relations roles. Adrian is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and enjoys developing teams.
Adrian became an analyst through a non-traditional path — she developed her data analysis and dashboarding skills as a world-ranked player on the bleeding edge of World of Warcraft. She says gaming has taught her critical technical and leadership skills.
“I believe leveraging data and technology will play a significant role in our ability to scale and ultimately better serve our clients,” says Adrian. “Data-driven decision making, combined with the raw creative talent of our team will make ThreeSixtyEight a force within the industry.”
We’re thrilled to have Adrian join our team.
